Few years ago I made a terrible mistake - I bought Pro-Aqua vacuum and lost $2,500. I was expecting some wet cleaning, but got for so much money regular vacuum with option to vacuum into water and with addition to use it as a humidifier in my apartment. This vacuum could be worth at least $350, but not $2,500.

It's really difficult for me each and any time pull water into container and after vacuuming to clean that dirt with water.

There is a big additional piece - electrical nozzle FOR DRY CLEANING ONLY. When I was buying this vacuum I tried to refuse this nozzle, but been pushed to accept it. I never used this nozzle!!

I think this Pro-Aqua vacuum is a real rip off.

Dear Customer,

No the Pro-Aqua does not "wet clean", it uses water at the filter which is much better than any dry filter as it does to allow dust to escape back out into your air.If you have the shampooing kit, that will spray water out and suck it back in for a "wet clean".

Yes the electric nozzle is for "dry cleaning", meaning that you cannot suck up water with that attachment as it has electricity running though it and we don't want you to get electrocuted.

However, you can use it to vacuum your carpet, rugs, or bare floor. We hope this helps.

Please contact Red Rock Aqua Systems at (435) 319-6102, or Thorokleen at (505) 359-5078, both are authorized Vivenso (Pro-Aqua) distributors. You can also visit our websites: VivensoUSA.com, or Vivenso-NM.com and we will do our best to serve you.
